Ajman has more new launches than ever, from studios under AED 300,000 to beachfront residences in Al Zorah. This roundup groups the projects in our directory by budget, with the starting price, payment plan and expected handover for each, so you can quickly see which ones fit. Prices are developer and portal figures as of October 2026 and change often.

These are the cheapest ways into new-build Ajman property. Ajman One Phase 2 is the closest to completion. Tiger Downtown is a large lagoon-front masterplan with a long build-out, and Al Aamra 1 suits buyers who want a low 5% deposit and six years to pay.

This band is where families find space. Al Ameera Village is a gated community with a mosque, pool and play areas. Ajman Creek Towers offers one of the longest post-handover plans in Ajman, and Al Aamra 3 and Oasis Tower 3 have unusually large two-bedrooms.
ONE 678 Residences (542 units, 1–3BR) also has a 40/60 plan with four years after handover and expected completion in Q4 2029; prices are on request.
Premium and waterfront launches
- Glam Residence (GJ Properties, Al Zorah) — studios, 1 and 2BR and a 3BR penthouse; 10% down and a 2-year payment plan.
- Sealine Residence (Al Zorah Development Company) — beachfront apartments from about AED 1.42 million, 50/50 plan, Q4 2026.
- Al Zorah Seaside Hills — 1–4BR apartments with hillside views from about AED 2.1 million.

Al Zorah is Ajman's premium freehold community. Apartments at or above AED 2 million may also support a Golden Visa application under the federal rules — see our property visa guide.
Payment plans compared
| Plan type | Example | Suits |
|---|---|---|
| Low deposit, monthly instalments | Ajman One Phase 2: 5% down, then 1% a month | Buyers with steady monthly income |
| Low deposit, long plan | Al Aamra 1 and 3: 5% down, six years | Buyers who want to spread the cost |
| Construction-linked | Tiger Downtown: 70/30* | Buyers who can pay most before handover |
| Post-handover | Ajman Creek Towers: 40/60 with 7 years after handover | Investors paying partly from rent |
With a post-handover plan, you get the keys while still paying, so rental income can cover part of the instalments. Check the total price, though: longer plans sometimes come with a higher price per sq ft. Our payment plans guide has worked examples.
How to choose an off-plan project
- Start with the developer. Look at what they have delivered in Ajman, on time and to standard.
- Compare price per sq ft, not the starting price, which often applies to the smallest unit on a low floor.
- Check the location for your purpose. Renters want the E11, E311, the Corniche and malls; families want schools and parks.
- Model the cash flow. Add up every instalment, plus registration fees, and make sure you can pay if your income changes.
- Compare with ready property. A ready unit in the same area may cost less and earn rent straight away; see ready-to-move apartments in Ajman.
Risks and how to manage them
- Delays: handover dates are expected, not guaranteed. Check the contract for what happens if the project runs late.
- Escrow: pay only into the project's registered escrow account, never to an individual.
- Registration: confirm the project is registered with AjmanRe and that your sale is recorded (tentative registration costs AED 200 plus AED 350 for the certificate).
- Resale before handover: some developers restrict resale until a percentage has been paid, so read the terms if you might sell early.
- Specification changes: brochures and renders are indicative; make sure the contract lists the finishes and unit size.
