AjmanFirst is a website that shares information and guidance about the real estate market in Ajman, United Arab Emirates. AjmanFirst is managed by Aaban Real Estate, and references to “we”, “us” and “our team” in this policy mean the AjmanFirst team at Aaban Real Estate. AjmanFirst is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any specific property developer or government department. What information we collect
We collect as little personal information as possible, and only when you choose to give it to us.
- Property enquiry popup: if you submit our on-site property requirement popup, we collect your full name, mobile/WhatsApp number and email address, along with your answers to a short set of property preference questions (what you're looking for, property type, location, budget and timeline). These details are sent by email directly to our team's inbox at Aaban Real Estate.
- Find a Property questionnaire: if you submit our Find a Property page, we collect your full name, mobile/WhatsApp number and email address, along with your answers to six property preference questions. These details are also sent by email directly to our team's inbox.
- Browsing the site generally: if you simply read the blog or browse the site without submitting a form, we do not collect any personal information about you.
How we use your information
Your name, email address, and mobile/WhatsApp number (where collected), submitted via the property enquiry popup or the Find a Property questionnaire, are used solely by the AjmanFirst team at Aaban Real Estate to follow up with you about your property enquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your separate consent.
How your information is delivered and stored
When you submit the property enquiry popup or the Find a Property questionnaire, your details are sent by email directly to our team's inbox. AjmanFirst does not maintain a database of visitor submissions — there is no ongoing storage system beyond the email itself arriving in our inbox. If you'd like us to delete a submission you've sent us, email admin@ajmanfirst.com and we'll remove it.
Cookies and analytics
We use your browser's local storage for one purpose: to remember that you've already seen the property enquiry popup, so it doesn't reappear on every visit. This information stays on your own device and is never transmitted to us.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. Google Analytics may set cookies and collect general technical information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is aggregated and used only to improve the site; it is separate from, and never linked to, any name or email you submit through our forms. You can see how Google handles this data in Google's Privacy Policy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Third-party and government links
Our blog references and links to official Ajman and UAE government websites, and occasionally to other third-party sources, for accuracy and further reading. Once you leave AjmanFirst by following one of these links, that site's own privacy policy applies — we have no control over, and are not responsible for, their content or practices.
Children's privacy
AjmanFirst is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing admin@ajmanfirst.com. Since we only ever hold what you've directly submitted to us by email, we're able to action these requests quickly.

We may update this policy from time to time as the site evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date above.
