About Al Rashidiya
Al Rashidiya is located in the eastern part of Ajman city, bordering Sharjah's Al Mowaihat area and providing direct access to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and the E11 coastal highway. It is one of Ajman's oldest and largest residential communities, with a built environment spanning low-density villas, mid-rise apartment towers and commercial strips.
The area is split into several sub-zones: Al Rashidiya 1, 2 and 3 — each slightly different in character but all well-supplied with supermarkets, pharmacies, mosques and schools. Al Rashidiya 1 tends to be the most villa-heavy; Al Rashidiya 2 and 3 have a higher concentration of apartment buildings.
Al Rashidiya's popularity with families stems from its combination of space, greenery, schools and relatively lower prices compared with similar-sized communities in Sharjah or Dubai. Renters include a high proportion of families who work in Dubai or Sharjah and commute, attracted by significantly lower rents than the neighbouring emirates.

Al Rashidiya as an investment
